Stuffed Potatoes

Bacon, potatoes and cheese make up this recipe.

  • 2 medium baked potatoes (cooked)
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. skim milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Wright's® Mesquite Liquid Smoke (May substitute with Wright)
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 pieces bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • chives ((optional))


Slit potatoes and scoop out centers. Mix yogurt, milk, Wright's® Liquid Smoke, pepper, cheese and bacon with meat of potatoes. Restuff potato skins and garnish chives or green onions.
