onion (finely chopped)
Wright's® Mesquite Liquid Smoke (May substitute with Wright)
beef sirloin steak (cut in 1-1/2ʺ cubes)
large green pepper (cut into chunks)
Blend vegetable juice cocktail, onion, oil and Wright's® Liquid Smoke. In non-metal dish, pour marinade over steak cubes. Cover; chill at least 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain beef; reserve marinade. Heat reserved marinade to a boil; set aside. On 12 skewers, thread beef cubes, green peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes. Grill or broil kabobs 4 inches from heat source for 10 to 15 minutes or until desired doneness, turning occasionally and brushing with marinade.
