Wright's® Mesquite Liquid Smoke (May substitute with Wright)
Regina® Red Wine Vinegar
fresh ginger (grated)
green onion (sliced)
ground black pepper
rib-eye or T-Bone steaks (3/4 to 1 inch thick)
Blend all ingredients except steaks. In non-metal dish, pour marinade over steaks. Cover, chill at least 15 minutes, turning steaks once. Remove steaks from marinade. Heat marinade to a boil; set aside. Grill or broil steaks 4 inches from heat source for 12 to 15 minutes or until desired doneness, turning occasionally and brushing with marinade.
