Wright's® Hickory Liquid Smoke (May substitute with Wright)
In very large bowl or heavy plastic bag, combine turkey, water and Wright's® Liquid Smoke, turning to coat turkey. Cover or seal bag; chill overnight, turning occasionally. Drain turkey; pat dry. Place turkey on rack in large roasting pan. Bake at 350°F for 3-1/2 to 4 hours or until internal thigh temperature reaches 180° to 185° F, basting with melted butter if desired. Use pan drippings to make gravy if desired.
