Blue Cheese Topping

The perfect topping for meats.

  • Main Ingredient: Blue Cheese


  • 1 3 oz. package cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 Tbsp. blue cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 tsp. Wright's® Hickory Liquid Smoke (May substitute with Wright)


In a bowl, blend both cheeses and Wright's® Liquid Smoke. Spread over hamburgers or steak during last few minutes of cooking.
